Important notice for subscribers: Ticket exchange required

As an ECMS subscriber, you have priority access to ticket exchange and seat selection before single tickets go on sale.
To attend this concert, you must exchange your ECMS ticket for a ticket issued by the Winspear Centre.
The Winspear Centre has reserved 350 main-floor seats for ECMS subscribers in locations well suited to a piano recital. If you prefer another available main-floor location, you may request a different seat at no additional cost.
ECMS subscribers may contact the Winspear Centre from September 14 to 17, 2026 for priority ticket exchange and seat selection. Call the Winspear Centre Box Office at 780-428-1414 between 10 AM and 4 PM, Monday to Friday or visit the Box Office in person [same hours]. Exchanges cannot be completed electronically. ECMS has provided the Winspear Centre with your name as a subscriber.
You may still exchange your ECMS ticket from September 18 through December 2, 2026; seat selection will depend on availability.
The Winspear Centre will email all tickets it issues to subscribers.
Single tickets go on sale to the public on Friday, September 18, 2026 at 10:00 AM and must be purchased directly from the Winspear Centre Box Office.
