Edmonton Chamber Music Society 2026 Scholarship winner
Kyra Aubin is an accomplished young soprano entering her second year of the Bachelor of Music in the Voice program at the University of Alberta, where she studies under Miriam Khalil. With over 15 years of vocal training, Kyra has distinguished herself through performances and competitions at the local, provincial, and national levels across Canada, earning recognition for her artistry at every stage. Her accomplishments most recently include being named the Calgary Vocal Festival’s 2025 Most Outstanding Classical Vocalist (28 & Under).
Kyra is delighted and honoured to be performing this evening. She extends her heartfelt gratitude to her family, friends, and teachers for their continued support and encouragement, with special thanks to the Edmonton Chamber Music Society for their generous scholarship and support of her musical studies.
