Call for Nominations: Board of Directors
The Nominating Committee of the Edmonton Chamber Music Society is seeking nominations to the Board of Directors. More →
Any subscriber to the Edmonton Chamber Music Society season (either 2015/16 or 2016/17) or any person who has volunteered for the Society during the past 12 months is eligible to:
- Nominate a person to the Board
and/or
- Stand for nomination at the Annual General Meeting [Wed., Sept. 21, 2016]
This notice enables members to supply, in writing, the names to the Nominating Committee to consider for nomination to the Board.
Members are advised that nominations [please include name, reason for nomination and resume of nominee] shall be submitted via email to to
President and Chair of the Nomination Committee by the close of business September 8, 2016.
Specifically we are seeking to fill the following roles:
- Vice President
- Director: Fundraising
- Volunteer Coordinator
- Secretary (shared position)
- Director: Organizational Development

Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the Edmonton Chamber Music Society will be held:

All members and individuals who have volunteered for the Society between July 1, 2015 and June 30, 2016 are eligible to attend and vote. Members are individuals who have purchased a season’s subscription or a 2016 Summer Solstice Music Festival pass.
Agenda items include: annual reports from board members, a financial report, and election of officers for the 2016/17 term.
