Taking its name from the Spanish surrealist artist Joan Miró, the Miro Quartet embraces the traditional as well as the fresh and modern aesthetic of the 20th century.

They are joined by one of today’s most innovative and compelling artists, Scottish classical percussion soloist Colin Currie, who is acclaimed for his “… athletic percussionism, compulsive showmanship and deep musicality.” –The Guardian
