Part-time Contract Opportunity with ECMS
Overview
ECMS is recruiting an experienced arts management professional with strong communication and organizational skills to work with the Board of Directors to implement key activities for the Edmonton Chamber Music Society’s season and annual Summer Solstice Music Festival.
The ECMS is a well-established arts presenter of world-class chamber music with a history that dates back 60 years. The ECMS functions primarily through contributions of Volunteers.
The Board of Directors is seeking the support and expertise of a contracted position to help us achieve our strategic plan.
Responsibilities include:
- Development and execution of marketing, publicity and media relations plans
- Preparation of grant applications and accounting for funding
- Volunteer coordination
- Fostering relationships with suppliers
The time commitment will vary during the year and will range from 30 to 60 hours per month. Compensation will be negotiated in accordance with skills and experience.
